All documents must be submitted by March 18, 2022 at 5 pm.

Click "Confirmation Form" above to confirm your participation and personal information. If the information has not changed, simply enter the information submitted on the application form (sent as a pdf attachment by email).
We strive to create a safe space at the workshop where ideas can be freely shared. Click "Confidentiality Agreement and Code of Conduct" above to sign the confidentiality and code of conduct statements.
Click "Travel Information" above to complete the travel form, schedule flight, and view lodging.
*If driving, do not forget to record mileage to and from destination.
Click "Bios and Projects" above to enter your bio and headshot. The title should be your name. The entire post should be 250 words max and should include 1) a 1-paragraph description of yourself with the heading "Bio" and 2) a 1-paragraph description your writing project with the heading "Project Summary."
Instructions for Entering the Bio into Padlet
Sign-up for Padlet using the email from your application. The free account is sufficient for our purposes. Enter the text directly into the post. Do not upload the bio as a document (pdf, word, etc.). A sample format is on the Padlet site.
Coaching Panel
Preparing for the Coaching Panel
Each participant will give a 5-minute presentation of their project. The presentation should describe the goals, significance, guiding theory, and methods of the work. If any elements have not been developed, describe what assistance is needed to develop the component.
Slides can be used but should be no more than 3 slides using 24 pt font minimum.
A panel of 3 coaches will provide a peer review of the project and strategies for improvement.
